Welcome to the Cannaba Verum podcast, the cannabis truth podcast. I speak the language of cannabis freely and uncensored, while educating my audience on the safe use of this live Plant Therapy. You should know what’s in your cannabis, what’s good and what’s not. It does not come with an FDA stamp of approval yet, using cannabis mindfully, as medication is a different concept in the healthcare philosophy of the past 100 years. There’s a lot to learn and consider cannabis is not dangerous, but it is not harmless, either. This is honey Smith walls, a 21st century cannabis shaman here to explain the language of cannabis in historical, political, and scientific terms, so you can make educated decisions about the medicine you ingest.

Unknown 0:38

Hey listeners. I’d just like to talk to you for a minute. Just you and me before the show gets started. I, I found this new friend in Fiona, and we’ve never really met face to face except on zoom and FaceTime and all that but what I want you to know is the value I instantly saw in this woman. And that value is in her survival, how well she is able to articulate that story to us, and all of the inspiring lessons we can learn from her. This woman has been through hell and come back to us. But more than that, this woman’s heart is just amazing. And so, when I talk about value of a woman, I mean real human value, value from experience from learning how to treat each other, respectfully, and helping inspire others to figure out a better quality of life. So we’re gonna jump right into our conversation but I just wanted you to know what I see in Fiona and what makes her so special to me, and why I’ve asked her to come help me talk about cannabis to y’all. So, I’m just welcoming girlfriend Fiona into the show. And here we go.

So what are you smoking What are you smoking today orrr are you smoking? I know are you tincturing or are you transdermal patching or are you nanotechnology powder drink powder in your water or orange juice What are you doing, and how are you doing it, and how and how much did it cost you. And where did you get it,

Unknown 2:56

guys, so much to talk about. I think we’re gonna run out of time.

Unknown 3:03

There’s no clock on this information. And besides that we’re always here right

Unknown 3:08

podcast is never ending education, and we are always here.

Unknown 3:13

That’s right, so here to help you understand the language of cannabis is Miss Fiona Sebastiano, and I am honey Smith walls, your host, and we just want to talk to you about pottty pot pot. There’s a lot to learn. And, nothing to be afraid of. Right, right, Fiona nothing

Unknown 3:34

to be afraid of and I want to welcome you all to a moment of clarity.

Unknown 3:39

Oh, thank you for saying that. I love it when you say that Fiona. Go ahead, take it away. Are you there.

Unknown 3:47

We’re back.

Unknown 3:49

Well that was so crazy weird I got. I’m sorry that was cray cray, I’ve got a new little headset and it’s got a little button on the side and. Don’t you know that squiggle between my boob and my toe and Dang. Oh, there we are show no.

Unknown 4:10

Anyway, we’re just about to talk about all those fun things. Take it away, Fiona.

Unknown 4:18

Welcome again to moment of clarity. And what are we, what are we medicating with this morning.

Unknown 4:25

Oh yeah, that’s what we want to talk about right. Yeah, so I’ve got this real bright, I’m cityville, that helps me wake up and, and it gives me a little energy, and it takes the pain out of my hands first thing in the morning from, you know, clenching or, you know, all night long or being in one position too long or any of that. So this ativa that I got from just up the street at fluent. The closest dispensary to me, which Oaken Dean yet now. I used to have to drive an hour and a half away just to get medical marijuana and the dispensaries have finally begun really opening up in all the surrounding towns and that’s great. Anyway, it didn’t cost too much. Well, yes it did. It’s a concentrated product they’re always going to cost more, and I use a battery so there’s that cost so you know you can get a vaporizer for about 20 bucks. And then you buy the cartridges for 60 to 80 to 150 bucks, depending on how much you get in your cartridge. How concentrated it is right.

Unknown 7:01

So that’s what I’m smoking and using today I guess I told you I was using a vape what’s in front of you today honey as you first get up and get, try to get moving.

Unknown 7:14

All right. When I woke up this morning, around 6am I use my vape to start my day, and This morning I was using gelato, which is a hybrid from pure leaf. And the vapes are always a little more expensive. I’ve noticed the difference you know between vaping and using the distillate I’m, I’m assuming it’s more of the, the technology of putting the vapes together and everything that has to go along with it to why it’s a little more expensive but, um, then after I was getting motivated I came out and rolled a joint of Riddler which is also a hybrid from trulieve and that is ground flour which they have every Thursdays. You have to get on line early in the morning to find the ground flour and it’s like $25 for seven grams and it’s really really a nice product I’m very impressed.

Unknown 8:20

Well, and that’s a nice price

Unknown 8:22

to great price for people that are myself, yes I’m on a tight budget so

Unknown 8:29

that so who was that again,

Unknown 8:30

that was trulieve, they have it every Thursdays, and it’s best to get on there early in the morning I believe they send out the email, or they start the sale at six or seven in the morning. Okay. And if you’re not on there early they do sell out by mid morning, late Oh.

Unknown 8:48

Mm hmm okay good tip. Real good tip. And so I’m sorry, and. Go ahead.

Unknown 8:57

I was, I smoked my joint and I still didn’t feel enough relief from smoking, to hybrid so I switched it up a little bit and switched to a concentrate which I dabbed. And that was the Silicone Valley from grow healthy, which is a distillate, so

Unknown 9:19

let me, let me just remind the listeners that you’ve got some real real serious long time back and spinal issues that cause you to be at a pain level of eight when it’s comfortable all day long. out of 10. Yes. And so, but, you know, by the time you get up in the morning your body’s screaming at you. And you’ve been a medical marijuana patient now for what a couple years or more. Five years now actually a little or you go years. So, and with that kind of issue and that kind of pain level that she’s working for. I just want you all to know that the owner uses. Quite a huge amount of cannabis to get by. And the good news is that she can. Yeah, it won’t hurt her. Yes. And the other news is that you know and that’s why she has to be so careful with what she’s using and how she’s using it to save her pennies because insurance doesn’t pay for it yet.

Unknown 10:26

No they definitely do not and it is. And I always try. My daughter is also a patient and we try, we go back and forth between the two of us, when we look at in our emails and say did you get an email, is there any sales today yeah

Unknown 10:42

who’s on site.

Unknown 10:43

Yes, what they’re every dispensary you know is doing, usually doing some sort of a deal if they don’t have, you know, the inpatient or the new patient discounts already.

Unknown 10:56

Right. It’s a good lesson to shop around and let your fingers do the walking, you know there’s email, they’ll, they’ll let you know when they got a sale going on, and shop shop shop for the best deal.

Unknown 11:09

Yes, I’m when I purchased, like, like I said Thursday’s is trulieve and ground flower day and that’s when I purchased my grown flower. And then I, the products that I have recently purchased from grow healthy they just had a 35% off deal so that’s a huge savings.

Unknown 11:30

Today’s not Thursdays.

Unknown 11:33

No, it’s Friday.

Unknown 11:34

Today’s Friday it’s, yeah, okay.

Unknown 11:38

Sunday.

Unknown 11:43

Okay, I’m Holy cow. I have my schedule. It’s getting to be scheduled. My days are getting to be scheduled out by the hour now, which is pretty comical let’s see. 635 drink coffee. I want everybody to realize that by switching up your cannabis, while your dosing also gives you the benefit of changing the chemo of ours that you’re using. And that can make a huge difference in the way you feel because until we are able to understand, you know, over 400 chemical varieties in that plant. And what it does to our body. We’re just guessing or. It doesn’t matter what kind of you know what you call it at this point or what name you give it we’re still just guessing. And, and we are our own guinea pigs. The good news is, I’ll say it again. It will not hurt you know now. Now, I want to say here. We are not doctors, but I am a cannabis shaman I know an awful lot about cannabis about the live plant, about the biology of it about the chemistry and everything, you know I just know a lot about it. I’ve been studying this plant intensely for the last five years, so I know a lot about it. And yet, when I just said, it can’t hurt you there actually is, you know, a couple of instances where you need to be cautious. And that’s if perhaps you’re.

Unknown 14:29

know if you’ve got surgery coming up and you’ve been doing big whopping doses of like RSO and the people who are doing RSO know what I’m talking about. If you’re doing big whopping doses of cannabis, then you just need to make your doctor aware if you’re about to go into surgery. Yeah. Or if he’s got eye issues, you know, for, like glaucoma, you know? Because it will definitely, we’ve got anecdotal, ancient testimony. I mean,

1000s of years old. About people. I’m sorry, I’m having a very hard time spitting this out about people getting treatment for glaucoma. They didn’t call it that. They called it eye disease. And so, um, and they used cannabis potions, and, you know, tinctures and all kinds of things for it, and found relief, and saved their eyesight and that, you know, that’s ancient testimony. So we know it’s good for it. We just don’t know how quite it all works yet, but our modern science is trying to catch up with all that. And we’re so grateful we have modern scientists who are interested in science and are interested in this fabulous

Unknown 16:00

planetary grass. It’s an incredible it’s just, I can’t even say enough about cannabis other than it is saved me in so many ways and given me a healthier outlook on life and healthier lifestyle. And I can tell you that on the days that you know, my pain is very bad. There’s times when I think about those narcotics and all the other medications I was addicted to. And then I think about my life now and i think you know what, just go get another go.

Unknown 16:38

Smoke another joint go have another hit

Unknown 16:40

go. hit another dab, you know, just Yeah, I don’t have to be afraid to medicate and

Unknown 16:49

because you’re not afraid of overdosing. That’s, that’s you’re not afraid of that. Yeah. Never a death by cannabis in the in the history of the planet.
