Welcome to season three of the Cannaba Verum podcast, the cannabis truth podcast. I speak the language of cannabis freely and uncensored while educating my audience on safe use of this live plant therapy. You should know what’s in your cannabis. What’s good and what’s not. It does not come with an FDA stamp of approval yet.
Using cannabis mindfully as medication is a different concept in Western healthcare philosophy, specifically the past 100 years. There’s a lot to learn and reconsider. The information you’ll find here comes straight from the scientists and clinicians doing the work and reporting their findings in real time through various live online outlets. The scientific truth of cannabis is finally getting out and is wide open for all to see at respected medical sites like www.pubmed.gov and JAMA, the Journal of American Medical Association (jamanetwork.com).
I’m right there in the thick of it with all those titans of medicine as a fly on the wall. Because I’m not a doctor. I didn’t go to med school. I did take dozens of private cannabis courses offered by cannabis expert scientists online over the past few years and slowly began to understand the bigger picture. Well, I can talk to those medical professionals about cannabis all day long and their patients and hopefully inspire them to research the facts as we know them today.
Cannabis is an amazing alternative in health remedies that can reportedly alleviate typical disease problems and troubling side effects caused by synthetic prescriptions. This is Honey Smith Walls, a 21st century cannabis shaman… not a doctor… not a scientist. Raised by nuns and wolves in the verdant cattle pastures of the Oklahoma oil fields. I’m here to amplify the truth of this great big story and language of cannabis in historical, political and scientific terms… so you can make educated decisions about the medicine you choose to ingest.

Jamie, do I have you darling?
Jamie London Wollberg 0:06
Namaste, right here
Honey Smith Walls 0:08
Namaste to you too. We’ve been having some wild weather over here in Florida so I wasn’t sure our conversation was going to be affected or not. Do I sound all right?
Jamie London Wollberg 0:21
You sound totally clear. I’m hoping that you’re all okay over there.
Honey Smith Walls 0:26
Well, we are down here in our little neck of the woods and we’re just praying everybody else is going to be to. Honey, I’m so delighted to hear your sweet voice. And after the last couple of times that we’ve talked I’ve just always been delighted and refreshed and spiritually renewed and filled up and energized and my audience didn’t even know what what I’m talking about. Yet because I’m jumping the gun as usual. But I’m very excited about you Jamie, and I’m so glad you could be on my podcast. Thank you for coming.
Jamie London Wollberg 1:03
Thank you for having me. It is a true honor and I love our time together.
Honey Smith Walls 1:08
I do to I really do and I’m getting all goofy about it again, because just thinking about the value that that our conversations have given me and the advancement I have made with our conversations in my own health and well being my own attitude about myself. My own attitude about other people has been so helpful. Just so helpful. Would you introduce yourself and tell our audience why I’m so excited?
Jamie London Wollberg 1:46
Oh, well. I don’t know why you’re why necessarily so excited, but I’m honored. I am Jamie London Wollberg also known affectionately as either Trannabis or Chef Trannabis, my pronouns are he him or they them and I am a healer, spiritual wellness coach, and intuitive chef and my world is about bringing unconditional love into people’s lives, having them unconditionally love themselves and doing so with the combination of spiritual wellness and cannabis to what I refer to as plant-powered spiritual wellness
Honey Smith Walls 2:21
Where are you, Jamie?
Jamie London Wollberg 2:24
I’m in Los Angeles. I’m initially from New York and born in Manhattan, raised mostly right outside in Westchester. And now I am in Los Angeles in Koreatown.
Honey Smith Walls 2:37
Wow, I was on your website, and I just loved the answers you were giving the questions you wrote, were real good too. But the answers you were giving were even better. And and I’m talking about when you’re describing what your program is like. I can’t remember what page it’s on. But it’s do I have to smoke cannabis in order to participate in the program? Do I have to buy my own cannabis? Can I use CBD or hemp-derived CBD? Where can I purchase cannabis? For our sessions? What if I’m not spiritual, or don’t know about spirituality? Man? I took a picture of that question and marked all over it with my blue marker and said so important and scribbled all over the page and said great answers. I hope you’re seeing this in your mind. Because it was just a snapshot of that one page and it’s so meaningful. So many people don’t know the difference between spirituality and religion. And they don’t believe in either one or they believe in both or maybe one or the other. But sometimes most the time I feel people have a difficult time differentiating between the two and when you talk about being all about helping people heal through unconditional love. Love is the prime example of what spiritual is. You can’t see it. You can’t feel it. You can’t smell it. You can’t taste it. But it is. And so I just loved your answers on your webpage. Tell us how, what is intuitive? Cooking with cannabis what does that mean?
Jamie London Wollberg 4:48
Sure. So thank you. First of all at the website, I’m in major transformation mode over there. So there will be a lot of shifts coming over there. You can stay tuned for intuitive cooking with cannabis. What’s separated into words to make it simpler, right. So intuitive using our intuition, listening to our internal clock, our internal voice, our internal knowledge. It’s really getting quiet and going inside and instead of asking for something that is outside of yourself, connecting with the truth that you already know within, it’s what some may say is their gut feeling their gut reaction. And so this is our intuition. And we utilize this from from my perspective within our gut, and within also our third eye. Of course, almost above and in between the eyebrows and the forehead. And from this space when we connect here, especially when we use cannabis, they open up we can find our focus, our peace, our calm and connect in a way where we suddenly realized that we know all the answers, and we know exactly what our body wants and needs and exactly what we want need on an emotional level and on a spiritual level. It’s a full body, mind and soul connection. When you’re doing intuitive cooking with cannabis. The cannabis is the cannabis. Right it’s the cannabis plant. It’s using it in any way shape or form as an ingredient within cooking. So what my goal is through the Trannabis kitchen and through Trannabis Cooking sessions, these are intuitive cannabis cooking sessions. And my show the trend of this kitchen is a show that is helping to end the stigma of cannabis and the end of fear in the kitchen by way of showing you that it’s not always about what is fancy, or what is demanded, you know, quote unquote in a recipe. There’s no mandate. There’s no one that is hovering over you unless you are running an actual kitchen operation. A lot of people who are tuning in are not of that sort and they they’re afraid to even cook or they think it’s not fun at all. And of course I respect that some people may not find cooking to be fun. And I can also see how so many people who believe that are coming from a space because they look at cooking as stressful, as labor, as complicated. And it’s simply not true. And when you add cannabis into the mix, and you do this intuitively, it relieves the stress. It ends the fear entirely. You open up with the cannabis and you laugh and you have fun and you explore and quickly cannabis is seen as an ingredient that can change the world and when you eat cannabis in your food, it’s one of the most safe ways for you if not the safest way depending on how you’re extracting the cannabis and how you’re going about it to consume cannabis and to make sure that you are healing and that is what it is all about. I get infused the love and the thoughts and I bring my guides in and I receive all the messages and the recipe and I flow and I love it. I love every minute of it. And I want to show people that this is a lifestyle that can change their life. And watch how these types of things not only translate in the cooking world and into their way of eating, but in other aspects of their life and their spiritual wellness as well.
Honey Smith Walls 8:34
I agree with you completely that we have to begin helping our society utilize cannabis in their diet. Got to. You know it’s been stripped from us for almost 100 years, eradicated from our fields eradicated from our diets and our our ability to use use it and so I I’m so thrilled that you’ve got the Trannabis kitchen that can help normalize this incredible, incredibly helpful product that uplifts your spirit and puts your head in a completely different place than those negative looping thoughts that you didn’t realize you could get rid of so easily by enjoying a little cannabis.
Jamie London Wollberg 9:29
Absolutely. Absolutely. I mean we all have this endocannabinoid system in ourselves, you know all animals, all humans. And yet there are places around the world that still to this day, are threatening to you know, literally kill people. penalty of death by having and using cannabis, which is the gift that we have that comes directly into that system and helps the rest of our body function in balance and joy and good health. And it’s it to me I perceive it to be criminal to remove this as something that people can access when it’s a basic need that we have for a very important part of our body. That is not talked about a lot in order to give us our power.
Honey Smith Walls 10:24
My mind is jumping it about a gajillion different ways right now from what you just said. I I love that you’re appealing to the common person. But I did notice back to your website that you did say at one point that your sessions are for those who already accept spirituality. I connected with that statement so heartily because up until recently, I couldn’t I couldn’t even talk about spiritualism. I couldn’t… and I want you to know that it’s the cannabis scientists that I’ve been hanging out for the last few years who have been pounding the human spirit back into my heart, it’s been them. And so in exploring this spiritual aspect that lives inside my bag of bones and bugs, and oh, by the way, those same scientists you know, call that that, that gut of our’s, the second brain… one of the doctors who I admire so much calls that our first brain because if your tummy is talking, you know about something bad. No matter what your brain says upstairs, it’s going to be feeling it. So everything that’s communicated within us goes through our spiritual selves too. And rocks it somehow. Is that right?

Dr. Mazo Commercial
By Honey Smith Walls
Hey, my friends, I want to give you a tip about a neurologist I know and trust.
Dr. Anthony Mazo is a highly rated specialist here in Melbourne, Florida.
One of the first physicians to research and study cannabis since 2016 when it was legalized in Florida, Dr. Mazo is not quick to prescribe traditional synthetic chemicals when he knows that this gentle live plant therapy will likely give the needed relief.
I know this to be true because I had to see him for my own old lady neuropathy issues. He did not prescribe the usual synthetic stuff. He told me to go get a particular kind of cannabis instead… and use it in a specific way to find relief.
And that is what every doctor in America should have in their little black bag.
His clinic details will be in my show notes for you. Why? Because he’s a trusted cannabis expert in the field of neurology. Dr.Anthony Mazo, a great friend to all of us. In Melbourne, FL at the Brevard Neuro Center.

Honey Smith Walls 0:03
Am I getting that right?
Jamie London Wollberg 0:04
Yeah, well, first of all, I don’t believe that there’s, you know, a full right or wrong and spirituality is very personal. I think that everyone has their own unique views, even people that overlap and commonality and their unique feelings of spirituality and it’s very common for people to not feel comfortable talking about it. I mean, I did not grow up spiritual. I had a deeply empowering, spiritual experience and awakening that changed everything for me. And that even then, it took me eight years to get to where I’m at now. So you know, it’s very common. Yes for Trannabis She, and for the Trannabis kitchen, private sessions. I also offer classes. Ultimately, I’m looking to already serve people who are using cannabis and who are already somewhat aligned on a level with spiritual wellness. And it’s not because I think there’s anything superior or right or wrong with anybody who is or is not because…
Honey Smith Walls 1:20
No, I don’t get that at all. Yeah, go ahead.
Jamie London Wollberg 1:23
Yeah, no, it comes from simply the fact that there are plenty of people that teach cooking with cannabis. There are people who are tapped into intuitive cooking. I’ve not I’ve not seen anybody who’s really offering what I’m offering yet. But the point is that there’s plenty of people to to go to right and who you align with as a healer and a spiritual wellness coach, and as an intuitive chef. And so I simply want to serve people who are in alignment with me, I know for a fact that I can serve those people better than I can to someone who isn’t because…
Honey Smith Walls 2:05
Who may resist it. Right. Well, they don’t believe or don’t understand.
Jamie London Wollberg 2:10
Yeah, exactly. And I’m not here to teach the beginnings of this. Here to show you how to bring two things that you already know about together in a way that you don’t know about it.
Honey Smith Walls 2:24
Right. Not not here to prophesize about a particular denomination, here to help you understand yourself better.
Jamie London Wollberg 2:36
Exactly. Exactly right.
Honey Smith Walls 2:38
And how to feel better and how to treat yourself better. That is that is that what a see, I’m just kind of coming into all of this Jamie and it’s affecting me and it’s affecting my audience that I’m dragging my audience through what I’m going through, but it’s thrilling to me and I hope it is to my audience to awakening becoming you know, aware of the creature inside you that lives in the ether ether world, the other world the I don’t know, I don’t know where our souls live.
Jamie London Wollberg 3:17
I think that many would agree that we don’t fully know. I believe that, you know, we all have our view of it and I believe in a limitless infinite abundance. Everything. So many, many, many, many truths, even two truths that seem totally opposite to each other and negate each other on some level, somewhere in some moments for someone is true. And I believe that we’re all connected entirely as one so as a result of that, we have all this infinite truth within us. And when you strip away this choice of that some make of arguing this or you know, trying to prove you’re right and someone else is wrong. It’s immediately what separates us. We’re not actually divided and separated. We absolutely can have a world where everyone can have their opinion and idea about these things and we can all share and love and respect them and have a conversation. So it’s it’s new for a lot of people. It’s still new for me. I’m shocked at how quickly even just in the last three months, I have totally changed. Trannabis She was such a different company just a number of weeks ago, I mean, the premise was always the same, and still is how my purpose and my why have not changed at all. But the format and the way that I’m going about it and who I’m feeling in alignment to serve now. And how I’m doing that is radically different. And it’s just, we change all the time. The moment that we decide that we understand we change all the time? And so change is inevitable. We can choose to make change exciting. And when we make change exciting and fun, then everything becomes exciting and fun and we can actually flow with the changes that are happening.
Honey Smith Walls 5:32
Yeah, it’s fear that wants you to keep things in the in the way it is forever or the past the way it was or any of that fear. Is it not?
Jamie London Wollberg 5:46
I believe that fear is at large what stops our human computer selves. Because fear comes from at large our ego is where we rather we receive it. I believe that fear comes from love because there’s absolutely nothing to fear if you don’t love something. If you have no love for anything, then you don’t care about anything and then how anything turns out doesn’t matter. But the moment that you love and care about something, you have expectation, you have desire, you have this fear of loss, because there’s an attachment that is there. And there’s nothing right or wrong with these attachments. There’s nothing right or wrong with any of these things. It’s simply choosing how do you want to live your life? How do you want to show up in the world? What are the results that you would like to see and following your joy? And to me, spiritual wellness is literally about following your joy on a body, mind and soul and subtle body level. It’s on every level. It’s the whole picture. And I believe that many are not looking at themselves that way. They’re looking at the physical body, which is of course totally understandable. Given that we’re having a human experience. I believe that we’re a soul having a human experience. That’s my personal current perspective as to where things lie. And so, as a result, we often go to the physical and then we say well the mind because our mind is even our aware of our physical and our mind we perceive our mind to be something that is that is physical because we call the mind the brain but truly the brain is the brain and the mind and consciousness or the mind and consciousness. And then the soul is again that in that not tangible aspect. And so, for me, you know, I think that spiritual wellness means something almost different and I look at spirituality, I think a little different than some may because I’m talking about this wholeness. I’m talking about the concept of at large, and I’m not breaking it down into these nitty gritties of certain religions and how you organize them and how to do it this way in that way. No, I’m, I’m here to show people: here’s some tools you already know. Let’s look at what those tools are. How are you using them? What are the ways you’re using them or not using them that are bringing you joy and what is not bringing joy? And then we shift things around. And oftentimes when you bring in the healing spirit of cannabis that just unlocks a lot of things because a lot of people realize there were certain things that they didn’t understand or certain things that they didn’t enjoy, because of the perspective they were holding. And the second that they bring some cannabis and they realize wow, like it could be as described as something like noticing that you, for example. You know how to play the piano, and you feel like you used to love to play the piano and you feel like the piano is something that brings you a lot of joy but suddenly you’ve lost this joy. Well once we do a little look at your life. And we find that you perhaps are stressed and anxious and overwhelmed. And then you therefore are cloudy in your mind, but you have a lot of thoughts and therefore perhaps you’re not focused. And so then you don’t feel present. And then so of course when you’re playing the piano and your mind is elsewhere, are you actually creating at your best? Are you having a relaxing and enjoying experience that you perhaps once did? Probably not. Right? And so changing that perspective, adding some cannabis and allowing yourself to flow relax, refocus. It could change and revitalize something that once you were doing that you love that you no longer loved and now you suddenly love again.
Honey Smith Walls 10:07
I have an example of this. I have a band of musicians and we have a new violinist. And she came really wanting to play with us. We play early music so it’s really ancient stuff. But she didn’t play it in 20 years. And yet, she really, really promised me that she would learn our music and lalalala she was so nervous about having to play our music that she could barely get a squeak out. And when I finally said, “Look, if you want to just try to learn the corners of the song, you don’t have to learn the whole song at all. I’m the lead you know, I’ll play the lead melody. You just kind of find a note that you know where it is on your instrument and play that note and every once in a while you’ll hear another one and then pretty soon you’ll understand the repetition and recognize it and soon you’ll be playing that song faster and you realize you ever could.” And she told me a lot later that giving her the permission not to have to be a perfectionist just to catch it gently on her own timeframe and not have to struggle with the instant perfection. You know that we’re all afraid that we must be some of us are I’m not so much anymore. But it was you know it’s through the introspection of cannabis and the gentle forgiveness. And love that allows cannabis, I’ve said this my audience has heard me say this time and time again. Cannabis gives a person introspection that you can’t, you can’t you can’t hire you can’t buy introspection anywhere better than using cannabis because it absolutely gives you the grace and forgiveness of yourself for and to yourself to think about the things that you’ve done or that have been done to you in a different way. And you may you know some may say to themselves, “Well don’t want to think about it a different way.” Well, okay. Cannabis gives you forgiveness to begin introspection so that you may forgive and love again and laugh again.

Cannaba Verum is Latin for Cannabis Truth. Sourcing factual information about cannabis hasn’t always been easy for a variety of reasons. However now because of modern innovations, it is. My sources are from leaders in cannabis science like:
Roger Adams, U.S. Organic Chemist who isolated the structure of CBD,
Raphael Mechoulam, Israeli Organic Chemist who isolated the structure of THC,
Ethan Russo, Dir R&D International Cannabis and Cannabinoids Institute
Dustin Sulak, DO – my favorite doctor at healer.com, teaching the art of Cannabis Healing to the world, and other industry greats like:
Rev. Dr. Kymron DeCesare, Ed Rosenthal, Jack Herer, Michael Backes, and Michael Pollen and so many more… plus I use classical sites like: PubMed.gov, JAMAnetwork.com, ResearchGate.com. I listen to several daily podcasts to keep up with the latest cannabis news across the nation and throughout the world like: Dr. Codi Peterson et al on The Cannigma Podcast, MJTodayDaily.com and MarijuanaMoment.net. Over past episodes of Cannaba Verum, we’ve listened to some amazing scientists and medical professionals talk about their discoveries and patient successes as hundreds of questionable compounds rise to the public grasp. I am especially interested in the pharmacists movement becoming an integral part of this new medicinal choice.
Watch this machine roll into action through conversations with pharmacy doctors all over the nation like Dr. Leah Johnson out West and Dr. Alan Ao up North. There are so many more but these two have come on my show to explain the situation and it’s fascinating.

It will explain your decision to try cannabis and ask for their help in monitoring your labs and progress. It will also show them where they can find medical research on the subject of your diagnosis and the effects of cannabis.
