Welcome to the Cannaba Verum podcast, the cannabis truth podcast. I speak the language of cannabis freely and uncensored, while educating my audience on the safe use of this live Plant Therapy. You should know what’s in your cannabis, what’s good and what’s not. It does not come with an FDA stamp of approval yet, using cannabis mindfully, as medication is a different concept in the healthcare philosophy of the past 100 years. There’s a lot to learn and consider cannabis is not dangerous, but it is not harmless, either. This is honey Smith walls, a 21st century cannabis shaman here to explain the language of cannabis in historical, political, and scientific terms, so you can make educated decisions about the medicine you ingest.

Hi, my friend, this year is blessedly coming to an end. And I think there is a collective sigh of relief that the COVID-19 vaccine is finally in distribution almost almost exactly a year from when we began hearing about the virus. I remember in last December, when they were talking about it, there are 17 states who continue to refuse the use of cannabis for their patients. All other states are either medical or adult use, where people are able to find relief. Here’s my twofold fear about adult use. One, that the public regards cannabis is a toy, and not medicine. And two, that companies don’t bother to third party lab test their product for contamination. The dispensaries I went to in Michigan, made you sign a statement that releases them legally. If you get sick on their product, I don’t buy there. I’m not interested in ingesting poisons and molds. So during this time of confusion about cannabis, I hope to help those of us in Florida and everybody else obtain clean cannabis and know how to every dispensary in Florida by law is obligated to third party lab test their products before sale. That’s not true for regular stores, and new CBD shops popping up all over the place. They are not restricted from selling you contaminated products. So my intention is to teach you how to fish and prepare the meal. You should know how to protect yourself in this era of cannabis contamination and confusion. And that’s what I’m going to show you and it’s simple. Every single thing in the grocery store for consumption has an FDA imprimatur on it, that signifies it’s okay for the consumer to adjust. Otherwise, the grocer just doesn’t stock it. His insurance wouldn’t allow him to carry a dangerous, questionable item either. Not even with a warning that it had not been tested. And now we’ve become accustomed to trusting the items at a grocery store without even asking what the testing results are. But we cannot do that with health food stores. They have all kinds of items that don’t have the FDA stamp of approval, and you should, and you purchase any of those at your own risk. So it’s the same for the new CBD products you’re seeing everywhere. None of them have the FDA stamp yet. But the FDA has only just begun accepting applications from cannabis companies. So very soon, we’re going to have to wait a little while more But very soon. They’re going to take a stand and devise all their criteria for excellence to be able to give their imprimatur their stamp of approval for cannabis products. So this is how you’re going to protect yourself from unscrupulous companies selling products. Without testing results. You’re going to ask to see a third party lab test on that product. If one cannot be produced in do not buy it, go to a different shop. Try a different product. There’s lots of HAMP companies who who lab test their products, so you are not limited to contaminated cannabis. You can easily find good cannabis companies online and like Charlotte’s Web, and American shaman. Those are two wonderful examples of companies who sell clean product. I’ve used both brands in different forms in tinctures and savs. In drink mixes, and they work very, very, very well. Neither of them know I talk about them. Neither of them are affiliate partners yet, but I want to be affiliate partners with them and intend to be because I talk about them and I trust them and I think you can trust them to and purchase them. confidently for us in feeling

no matter where you are about to purchase cannabis, either hemp for its CBD or medical marijuana, for its THC, you should always demand to see the third party lab test that proves there is no contamination in your product. No mold, no mildews no bacteria, no pesticides, fungicides herbicides or heavy metals, you know, heavy metals even get set up in our rice and corn, you know, so it’s, it’s typical for something growing in dirt like this to soak up heavy metals, and we have to be careful about that, because heavy metals cause Dain bramlage. So we have to minimize that. And when you know that cannabis likes to suck up heavy metals out of the soil, and that heavy metals cause brain damage, you suddenly realize the importance of growing cannabis as a medicine in a bucket of chemical nutrients, solutions, it needs and loves to grow. And so that would be a way of growing it without the problem of contamination of that type of contamination is you know, there’s the other natural kinds like molds and mildews that grow, you just have to watch out for a lot of things because it says very Aspergillus molds that line the lungs of a patient with a very delicate immune system, for instance, a cancer patient on regular cancer treatments, their immune systems are just chronically tender, because of the you know, the raping of the traditional therapy on their system. And so you know, your delicate immune system 80% of that lives in your gut. And so many people have terrible diseases that Ravage their delicate immune system. And, and and, and it causes incredible inflammation. And that inflammation is the number one reason for discomfort and pain. And and the term they use the scientists use for it now is inflammation aging, to describe how our bodies grow older, with inflammation. We can mitigate damage from contamination before it happens by demanding that third party lab test and oh by the way, hemp is what you want for pain from inflammation and marijuana is what you want for acute pain. So, if your sleep is troubled, try starting with some over the counter hemp so the compounds can for instance, if you’re brand new to to cannabis, the compounds in hemp would prime and comb your body through the night. The effects may be very subtle, you maybe you didn’t get up in the night as usual or maybe you slept more soundly without tossing and waking so much. Maybe you rolled out of bed a little easier. If you have negative looping thoughts, add a little marijuana to the regimen and see if that doesn’t stop that problem. If you get anxious from the THC, use a little more hemp to produce hemp product to counter and tame the psycho effects of THC. You can do this before you use marijuana as you’re using it or even after you’ve ingested marijuana. That keema bar the chemical variety cannabidiol CBD in hemp and a few of the other terpenes and other came of ours will tame the THC in marijuana. Did you get that? CBD let’s let’s even go back even more hemp Tangs marijuana the the psycho effects of marijuana the high, it tames that it brings that down so that people have negative effects from THC, such as fearfulness, deep anxiety, maybe heart palpitations, things like that. Absolutely use some hemp, either before or during or after your marijuana use. hemp will tame your marijuana. It’s actually what’s in the hemp, of course. But you know, in both hemp and marijuana, there are over 400 compounds that are synergistically working together to manage what’s happening inside your body. So this is how you will tame the the the negative effects of THC, if you have what you consider negative effects from THC. I don’t, I don’t have any negative effects. I personally enjoy. Anytime I get that famous Hi, it’s, it’s, it’s a fun thing for me. But there are some people who cannot enjoy it. Marijuana gives them marijuana gives. And ncbd gives everybody a unique and individual experience. So you just don’t know if that’s going to affect you one way or the other until you try it. And oh, by the way, every strain. I should call it that that refers to a bacteria. But every variety of cannabis has a different effect for every individual. So, again, every individual will have a different effect from every different kind of cannabis that they ingest. So unique to everybody. But universal for everybody. Check the lab test before you ingest. So now you’ve learned how to protect yourself from contaminated cannabis by demanding a third party lab tests on that batch. Whether it’s medical marijuana or over the counter hemp from a brick and mortar store or someplace that you found online. Here in Florida, our laws protect medical marijuana from being sold without contamination. I don’t think that was properly worded. Our laws protect medical marijuana from being sold with contamination There you go. But that’s not true in every state. And if you’re thinking of buying some CBD goodies for Christmas stockings, which by the way, I think is a fabulous idea. Please, please please make sure you’re not buying contaminated hemp. If you’re buying pre rolls from a hemp store, make sure they even have third party lab tests on their hemp papers that they’re pre rolling they’re clean him product into. That’s right. It’s buyer beware. So always ask your hip shopkeeper about the lab test proof. They often present a lab test, but mostly it just says what’s in the bottle. It’s not for a lab test for contamination and there’s a huge difference. So buyer beware. Ask for proof and you’ll have a safe Christmas. See you next time.

You’ve been listening to another Cannaba Verum podcast with 21st century cannabis shaman Honey Smith Walls, about the importance of using safe hemp and marijuana products. Unless otherwise proven by a reputable third party lab test, please be advised that all street weed is contaminated. It may do grave harm to a patient with a delicate immune system. I challenge you to check the veracity of my statements in each episode by checking the medical citations posted on my blog at Cannaba Verum.com.
